Chocolate Fondue

LINDT Chocolate



  • 1 x (3.5oz/100g) LINDT Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1x (3.5oz/100g) LINDT Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) cream (heavy, light or half & half)


  • Pound cake cut into cubes
  • Fresh fruit: grapes, strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, pineapple
  • Dried fruit: apricots, pineapple, peaches, papaya, mango Marshmallows

You can do an all dark or all milk chocolate fondue.

    Heat the cream

    • Heat the cream in a saucepan just until it starts to boil.

    Remove from heat

    • Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until melted.

    Pour the chocolate

    • Pour the chocolate mixture into the fondue pot and serve.
