Top quality cooking chocolate very versatile!
An excellent chocolate cooking chocolate, that can be used in cakes,sauces , Chocolate mouses, Or melted ice cream. Add a square of this to your chilli con carne Drink increase the depth of flavour. As keen Cook, I tried to have a bar of this in my kitchen at all times

Taste the chocolate .....
We now make our own Brownies as others really don't have the same flavour.
