Goods are delivered as illustrated at LINDT's online shop subject to minor alterations to packaging. This is a truffle assortment consisting of: Hazelnut, Milk chocolate, White chocolate and Dark chocolate. Just one or two are sufficient to satisfy a chocolate or sweet-tooth craving. The best way to consume these truffles is to let them melt in the mouth, without biting or chewing. Savour each delectable moment. Single, bite-sized truffles, are individually wrapped, and are good for gifting. HAZELNUT: Inside the chocolate shell are pieces of hazelnut and a smooth, creamy, soft, sweet milk chocolate. I used these truffles to make thumbprint cookies, or to top a sundae or individual cheesecakes, and also I dropped a truffle into a cup of hot chocolate or coffee. Sublime
MILK CHOCOLATE: A sweet and silky milk chocolate shell is enhanced by the smooth, creamy chocolate centre. Lovely for milk chocolate lovers. I put a few truffles into a brownie batter, or wrapped some in puff pastry to bake. Gooey yum. WHITE CHOCOLATE: A quality white chocolate case houses a very smooth, creamy, sweet vanilla, and slightly buttery, white chocolate filling. Like ganache heaven. I put a few truffles into a blondie batter, or to top quality real vanilla ice-cream, or to top white chocolate pots with flakes of edible real gold. Divine. DARK CHOCOLATE: A premium dark chocolate shell, tastes bitter, and has a dry bite, and contrasts with the smooth, almost liquid centre. The truffle is very rich, with a long-lasting aftertaste which was intoxicating. Really nice chocolate to consume with a cup of quality coffee, or try what I did, drop one truffle into your cup of coffee. I also placed one truffle in the centre of a dark chocolate cupcake
