Ingredients
- 2-4 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
- 125 ml freshly brewed strong espresso coffee
- 40 g amaretti biscuits, crumbled (see Tip)
- 50 g Lindt EXCELLENCE 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, grated into curls
Method
Step 1.
Set out 2 heat-proof glasses or coffee cups.
Step 2.
Put 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each. Pour over half the espresso, sprinkle with the crumbled amaretti and the grated EXCELLENCE 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate curls.
Step 3.
Serve straight away.
