Chocolate Chia Pudding Pots

Our higher cocoa chocolate bars will up the indulgence factor of any pudding. This recipe combines the intensity of our EXCELLENCE 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate with the sweetness of maple syrup and bananas to create these perfect pudding pots.

You can make this recipe vegan-friendly and dairy-free by using plant-based milk. If making this recipe for someone following a gluten free diet, always check the manufacturer's label to ensure your ingredients are free from gluten.

Step 1.

Put the chopped chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and set aside.

Step 2.

Pour the milk and maple syrup into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Step 3.

Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Mix until you have a smooth melted chocolate milk.

Step 4.

Pop the chia seeds in a large jar with a tight-fitting lid, or four small ones about 125 ml each in size. Pour in the chocolate milk, stir, and close the jar(s).

Step 5.

Chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or up to 24 hours, stirring after 1 hour to make sure the mix is even - the longer the pudding sets, the thicker it will be.

Step 6.

When ready to serve, decorate with slices of banana and a sprinkling of grated chocolate.
