Ingredients
- 60 g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 110 ml double cream
- 60 g full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature (see Tip)
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste or extract
- 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1 ½ tbsp runny honey or maple syrup
- To decorate (optional):
- 3-4 squares Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Dark Chocolate, melted (see Tip)
- 3 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, chopped
Method
Step 1.
Grease and line an 18cm x 12cm rectangle tin and set aside.
Step 2.
Place the chopped chocolate and cream into a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 40 seconds. Leave for a few minutes before stirring until melted and smooth - if some lumps remain, microwave in 10 second bursts until completely melted and smooth.
Step 3.
Add the cream cheese, vanilla paste, hazelnut butter and runny honey and stir until smooth.
Step 4.
Pour into the prepared tin. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts (if wished)
Step 5.
Freeze for at least 4 hours - or until set.
Step 6.
Cut into small squares and enjoy!
