Chocolatier’s Tip

For extra chocolate indulgence, add an extra 2 squares of melted Lindt EXCELLENCE Mint Intense Dark Chocolate with the banana. If making this recipe for someone following a gluten free diet, always check the manufacturer's label to ensure your ingredients are free from gluten.

Step 1.

Place the sliced banana, cocoa powder, 80mls of milk and honey in a blender. Blend, on medium speed, for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add the remaining milk a little at a time until you have your desired consistency.

Step 2.

Add the ice cubes and blend for a further 30 seconds. Add the Lindt EXCELLENCE Mint Intense Dark Chocolate and pulse in bursts until just blended.

Step 3.

Pour into a tall glass and serve with fresh mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
