Chocolatier’s Tip
For extra chocolate indulgence, add 2 squares of melted Lindt EXCELLENCE Intense Mint Dark Chocolate with the banana.

Ingredients
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 125 ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Intense Mint Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Intense Mint Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- To serve:
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh raspberries
Method
Step 1.
Place the sliced banana, cocoa powder, 80mls of milk and honey in the blender. Blend, on medium speed, for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add the remaining milk a little at a time until you have your desired consistency.
Step 2.
Add the ice cubes and blend for a further 30 seconds. Add the Lindt Excellence Intense Mint Dark Chocolate pulse in bursts until just blended.
Step 3.
Pour into a tall glass and serve with fresh mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
