Our EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate is a classic. You can also  have fun exploring our collection of EXCELLENCE chocolates; there are so many flavours - all made with the finest ingredients - to choose from. 

3 - 4 people


  • You will need: 4 skewers
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
  • 8 cookies or biscuits (our Master Chocolatiers recommend digestives or hobnobs)

Lindt Chocolate In This Recipe


Step 1.

Pop the marshmallows on the end of each skewer.

Step 2.

Hold over a flame to toast (if making inside, use a small blowtorch or hold over an alight gas ring) until golden-brown all over.

Step 3.

Lay 4 cookies or biscuits on a flat plate. Top with the toasted marshmallow and a square of dark chocolate (it will slowly melt with the heat of the marshmallow).

Step 4.

Top with the remaining cookies or biscuits to make a sandwich and gently drag away the skewer. Enjoy!
