Dark Chocolate S'mores

Our Lindt Master Chocolatiers have put a luxurious twist on this campfire classic to create these sumptuous s’mores featuring our exquisite EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate melting over gooey marshmallow biscuit sandwiches.

Step 1.

Pop the marshmallows on the end of each skewer.

Step 2.

Hold over a flame to toast (if making inside, use a small blowtorch or hold over an alight gas ring) until golden-brown all over.

Step 3.

Lay 4 cookies or biscuits on a flat plate. Top each cookie with a toasted marshmallow and a square of dark chocolate (the chocolate will slowly melt with the heat of the marshmallow).

Step 4.

Top with the remaining cookies or biscuits to make sandwiches and gently drag away the skewers. Enjoy!
