3 - 4 people
Ingredients
- You will need: 4 skewers
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
- 8 cookies or biscuits (our Master Chocolatiers recommend digestives or hobnobs)
Method
Step 1.
Pop the marshmallows on the end of each skewer.
Step 2.
Hold over a flame to toast (if making inside, use a small blowtorch or hold over an alight gas ring) until golden-brown all over.
Step 3.
Lay 4 cookies or biscuits on a flat plate. Top with the toasted marshmallow and a square of dark chocolate (it will slowly melt with the heat of the marshmallow).
Step 4.
Top with the remaining cookies or biscuits to make a sandwich and gently drag away the skewer. Enjoy!
