Hot Chocolate Mocha

Pour the milk and espresso into a saucepan and heat gently, whisking occasionally, until gently simmering.
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
To decorate, in a second saucepan, whisk the remaining milk over a medium-high heat until hot and frothy. Spoon over the hot chocolate, sprinkle with chocolate curls and enjoy!
