- 220 g plain flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tbsp matcha tea powder
- 100 g caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 ml full-fat milk
- 115 g unsalted butter, melted
- 100 g Lindt EXCELLENCE White Chocolate with a Touch of Vanilla, chopped
