Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark 70% Bar 100g
Easy
10 - 12 people
Ingredients
- 150 g mixed nuts, roughly chopped (see Tip)
- 150 g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Method
Step 1.
Line a couple of baking sheets with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Step 2.
Tip the nuts into a frying pan and gently toast over a medium heat - shake (or stir) continuously until the nuts turn a golden colour (watch closely as they can burn, and become bitter, very quickly). Tip into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3.
Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Add the almond butter and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4.
Add the chopped toasted nuts to the melted chocolate and mix well until the nuts are completely coated in the chocolate.
Step 5.
Using a tablespoon, carefully spoon clusters onto the prepared baking sheets and gently shape into rounds (you should have around 10-12). Leave to set in a cool place.
