Quick and Easy Gingerbread House
Lindt EXCELLENCE White Vanilla Bar 100g
- 1 x gingerbread house kit with royal icing
- 200 g Lindt EXCELLENCE White Chocolate with a Touch of Vanilla, chopped
- Lindt Christmas Chocolate Mini TEDDIES (see tip)
- Silver sugar balls
- Edible glitter
Assemble the gingerbread house according to packet directions with the royal icing. Leave to set on a flat plate.
Put the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and leave to cool until thick enough to pipe.
In batches, spoon into a small piping bag fitted with a small nozzle (alternatively, if using single-use sealed piping bags, snip a little off the end).
Pipe lace-like designs all over the roof. Pipe the doors and windows on the sides of the house. Top with edible silver sugar balls and dust with edible glitter.
Arrange a couple of Lindt Chocolate TEDDIES around the entrance. Leave to stand until completely set.
