Chocolatier’s Tip
You can get creative and adjust this recipe to suit your tastes. Try using different plant-based milks or serving with different chocolates for dipping (we have a host of vegan chocolate bars including a range of mellow milk chocolates alongside our intense EXCELLENCE collection - our 70%, 85%, 90% and 99% are all vegan-friendly), or a sprinkling of vegan-friendly mini marshmallows for decorating.
Ingredients
- 450 ml barista oat milk (see Tip)
- 4 heaped tbsp Lindt Hot Chocolate
- About 75 ml vegan whipping cream
- To serve:
- 1-2 squares Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- 2-4 squares Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Dark Chocolate, to serve (see Tip)
