Ultimate Chocolate Fondue
Lindt Excellence Milk Extra Creamy Bar 100g
- For the fondue:
- 300 g Lindt Excellence 78% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 300 g Lindt Excellence Extra Creamy Milk Chocolate, chopped
- 415 ml double cream
- For dipping:
- Marzipan, sliced into rounds
- Clementine and oranges, peeled and separated into segments
Put both flavours of chopped chocolate into a medium heat-proof bowl and set aside.
Pour the cream into a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring often to ensure it does not overflow.
Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave to stand for 2 minutes - the chocolate will start to melt.
Mix with a spatula until smooth and glossy.
Pour into a fondue pot set over a low heat and serve with slices of marzipan and your chosen fruit.
