White Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse with Mixed Berries
Our EXCELLENCE White Chocolate with a Touch of Vanilla is wonderfully versatile - and perfect for this creamy white chocolate mousse. Our Lindt Master Chocolatiers have created this family-friendly egg-free recipe which can be whipped up (quite literally!) in minutes.

Our Lindt Master Chocolatiers love serving this with seasonal berries; cherries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, redcurrants and blueberries are all delicious. You could also drizzle with berry coulis, if wished. If making this recipe for someone following a gluten free diet, always check the manufacturer's label to ensure your ingredients are free from gluten.

Ingredients
- 300 g Lindt EXCELLENCE White Chocolate with a Touch of Vanilla, chopped
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- To decorate:
- Seasonal fresh berries (see Tip)
Method
Step 1.
Put the chopped chocolate into a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2.
Whisk the double cream until you have soft peaks. Fold in the vanilla extract and cooled melted white chocolate until combined.
Step 3.
Set out 4 small glasses.
Step 4.
Divide the white chocolate cream mix equally between the glasses. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours - or until set.
Step 5.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with fresh berries (see Tip).
Step 6.
Serve straight away.
