Ingredients
- 3 LINDOR White Chocolate Truffles, unwrapped (see Tip)
- 3 large scoops of good quality vanilla ice cream, removed from the freezer for 15 minutes
- About 3-4 tbsp milk
- To serve:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed candy canes (see Tip)

Method
Step 1.
Put the LINDOR White Chocolate Truffles into a blender with the vanilla ice cream and 3 tbsp of milk. Blend on high-speed for about 15-30 seconds - or until smooth. Add a little more milk to get your desired consistency.
Step 2.
Once smooth, pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of crushed candy canes. Serve immediately.
