The chocolate is costly...cheaper if you can find it in France: but it is so smooth with no bitterness that I cannot enjoy my after dinner coffee without it! I am marginally diabetic, but one small square holds so little sugar that I can have pleasure without guilt!

I absolutely love this chocolate, and - despite it being so high in cocoa mass - it doesn't even taste bitter to me! It has a really low sugar content, so I can eat it with a clear conscience. I would definitely choose this over other sorts of dark chocolate for its taste!

This is THE best super dark chocolate I've found (I tried many other brands). No bitterness and very smooth. It's a bit pricy for a 50g bar. But luckily a little bit can go a long way. I only need 1/2 bar per day and it stops me from snacking on other stuff between meals.
