    Line baking sheet

    • With parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray

    In a double boiler

    • Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth.  You can alternatively melt the chocolate in the microwave in a large microwave-safe bowl on medium heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth

    • The melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula smooth into even layer and allow to cool for 5 minutes

    • The Lindor Truffles, cut side down, on melted chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour

    • Break bark into pieces
