Lindor Milk Truffles

Everything that's great about chocolate, packed into an irresistible square

125ml Unsalted butter, melted

500ml Graham cracker crumbs

12 Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles (x1 200g Cornet)

250ml Chopped walnuts

125ml Chopped cashews

125ml Unsweetened shredded coconut

300ml Sweetened condensed milk

Preheat

Oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9-inch square cake pan with parchment paper

Stir

The butter into the graham cracker crumbs; press firmly into your prepared pan

Sprinkle

The Lindor Truffles, walnuts, cashews and coconut over the crust. Then spoon condensed milk evenly over the top

Bake

For 30-35 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool for 20 minutes and run a knife around the edges of the pan and allow to cool completely

To serve

Cut into 4cm squares (the squares will hold together better if refrigerated before serving)
