Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

The ultimate chocolate and fruit pairing.

15-30 minutes

LINDT Dark or White Chocolate



  • 3 bars (3.5oz/100g each) LINDT Bittersweet or White Chocolate, chopped
  • 12-14 medium sized strawberries


  • ½ bar LINDT Darkt or White chocolate, chopped

Chocolate dipped strawberries have a very short life span! Dip them as close to serving time as possible

    Wipe the strawberries

    • Wipe the strawberries with a damp cloth and pat dry. Do not wash them.

    Melt the chocolate

    • Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave oven.

    Hold the strawberry

    • Hold the strawberry by its green cap and dip into the melted chocolate.

    Gently shake

    • Gently shake off the excess chocolate and place the strawberry on a tray
      lined with parchment paper.

    • Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate

    • Drizzle with the contrasting chocolate using a small piping bag. This will give the strawberry a very elegant, professional look.
