Small balloons, blown up as large as you want your cups to be, then washed and dried
To prepare
first line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and prepare your balloons, then melt your Lindt Excellence Dark chocolate.
Dip
the balloons in a small bowl filled with the melted chocolate, making sure there is a generous layer of chocolate coating them.
Place
onto the lined baking tray and leave to set in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until chocolate has fully set.
Burst
balloons with a knife and gently peel away the balloons from the chocolate cup.
Set cups aside
in a cool place until ready to be filled with whipped cream and berries, or the filling of your choice.
